This painting was referenced from a photo in a vintage pinup magazine that I found in an old book store in Palermo.

Areas of pure black ink with areas of the white paper showing though create an extreme contrast and captures the sun and shadow as she undresses, or perhaps redresses?

Eyes down but smiling, she knows she's being watched. This image would've been considered very risque at the time that it was published.
